Meaningless into Meaningful...!
Meaningless into Meaningful
1. Meaning of Education
There is a
great difference between reading and writing (just having a degree) and seeking
knowledge. There are a number of people who are getting education, means
purposeless education, and a few or, I am not wrong to say, just few people are
getting purposeful education.
2. Our Education System
After
getting the higher education, our people, sorry to say, are not worthy to be
called well educated. They are, no doubt, at fault, but the major fault in this
regard falls to those who are not playing their role despite the fact that they
know what faults, drawbacks, shortcomings, deficiencies and even the loopholes
are in our education system. They are also well familiar of their skills and
abilities. They can produce a big change in this regard. But they are keeping themselves away in the
race of life. They are silently observing the situation and giving the
opportunity to those who are willfully leading our youth towards humiliating
results. I am not talking about the people who are not in a position to play
their role to make a positive and desirable change in the community and masses
as well. I am making assertions for those people who, at least, can contribute
towards the welfare of humanity, nations, masses and even individuals.
3. Perform Your Role
I
think that there are enough reasons to believe that the responsible persons should
accept the responsibility and also they should do something that can prove a
good contribution and also may become a reason and source of motivation for approaching the victory stand.
4. 5 Suggestions Only
I
am of the view that I ought to state some of my views in the matter.
a) Knowledge is Power.
First, we should be very much clear that education without training is
value-less. We all have heard that “Knowledge is power.” But what is the use of
that knowledge that cannot make us understand what the real education is and
what is the real value of education.
b) Focus on Outcome.
Second,
we should focus on the desired outcomes of the education.
c) Think about it Seriously.
Third,
we should observe whether we can contribute to the fruitful change of our
education system, even we can have ideas and we can share it with those people
who are thinking about the matter seriously, and doing something. We should
analyze our attitude towards the positive change. We are, at least, supposed to
cooperate with the people doing something.
d) Evaluate Efforts.
Fourth,
we should evaluate our efforts leading to the achievements of aforesaid
objectives. We should take corrective measures when and where needed. We should
also examine the pace of our efforts whether we are making stronger efforts
than that of being made by the wrong-doers.
e) Keep on Moving.
Fifth,
our efforts may seem little as compared to the opponents, but we
should take it as a challenge, every time we fail, we must again put our
efforts even stronger, but the important thing is we must keep on moving.
5. Make Time Suitable
In
the end, there is a humble request that you also should not exclude yourself
from the people who are to contribute something towards the noble cause. We
should not be idle, and wait for suitable time. We must make time suitable for
the great cause.
